All prices listed on our website are ex-factory wholesale prices, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your order’s total weight, package dimensions, destination country, and chosen shipping method.
We offer both standard international carrier shipping and flexible freight forwarder options, allowing you to select the optimal solution based on your budget, delivery timeline, and order scale.
1. Shipping Rate Calculation
Shipping fees are finalized and displayed at the first page of checkout for in-stock wholesale orders. For custom production orders, we will provide a detailed shipping quote with your order confirmation.
- Rate Basis: Shipping costs are calculated using international standard carrier rates, factoring in total package weight, dimensions, destination country, and delivery speed.
- Freight Forwarder Options: For large-volume bulk orders, we support using your nominated freight forwarder, or we can connect you with our partnered forwarders to provide competitive, volume-based shipping quotes.
- Customization: We will work with you to select the most suitable shipping method based on your requirements for cost, delivery timeline, and package handling.
- No Obligation Checkout: You can view the full shipping charge before completing checkout, and are not required to finalize the order if you do not agree with the shipping rate. Our sales team is available to assist with alternative shipping solutions.
2. How to Place a Wholesale Production / Custom Order
To place a bulk production or custom jewelry order, please send an email to info@minvijewelry.com with the following complete information:
- Item number(s) and a brief description of each product
- For custom orders: Your choice of gemstone, metal type, design modifications, and any custom specifications
- Your full name, company name, billing address, and shipping address
- Your contact email and phone number
- Your preferred shipping method and delivery timeline requirements
Most of our jewelry designs can be fully customized with your choice of gemstone, metal material, plating finish, and custom branding.
3. Production Lead Time
Production timelines start from the date of order confirmation and receipt of your deposit, and vary based on order scale and design complexity:

Shipment Delay Notifications: In the event of any unforeseen production delays, our sales team will inform you as early as possible with updated timelines and solutions.
4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Time
- In-Stock Wholesale Orders: We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 24 business hours of order confirmation and payment receipt. During peak order periods, processing may take up to 36 – 48 business hours, but we prioritize fast fulfillment to meet your delivery needs.
- Custom Production Orders: Shipping will be arranged immediately upon completion of production and final quality inspection, in accordance with the delivery timeline confirmed in your order agreement.
5. International Shipping & Freight Forwarder Options
We ship wholesale orders worldwide, with flexible shipping solutions for all international destinations:
Standard Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx for international orders, with door-to-door delivery and tracking capabilities.
Freight Forwarder Solutions
For large-volume bulk orders, sea freight, and air freight consolidated shipments, we support:
- Using your nominated freight forwarder for shipping and customs clearance
- Connecting you with our partnered international freight forwarders for competitive quotes
Payment & Order Acceptance
- Canadian Wholesale Orders: We accept credit card payments for website orders
- All Other International Wholesale Orders: Custom orders must be placed via email, with payment processed through PayPal or bank transfer to protect against fraud
- Customs & Duties: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as per international trade standards.
6. Order Tracking
- For orders shipped via USPS Next Day Air, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, you will receive a unique tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- You can track your order directly on the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
- If you need assistance with tracking your order, please email our shipping team at shipping@minvijewelry.com with your order number and question, and we will assist you promptly.
7. Delivery & Transit Time
For detailed rate and transit time estimates for standard carrier shipping, please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout or contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Important Notes
- Transit times are estimates and do not include order processing and production time
- Delivery to rural addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and remote international destinations may take longer than standard transit times
- Transit times may increase during holiday seasons, peak shipping periods, and due to customs clearance delays in the destination country
8. Split & Combined Shipments
- Single Shipment: If all items in your order are in stock and production is complete, we will ship your entire order in a single shipment to minimize shipping costs.
- Split Shipments for Backordered Items: If one or more items in your order are on backorder or in production, we will ship all available in-stock items first, and ship your backordered items separately via free standard shipping once they become available.
- Combined Orders: If you place multiple orders on the same day, we can automatically combine them into a single shipment to reduce your shipping costs. For orders placed on different days, please contact our shipping team to confirm if combining is possible, and we will assess each request individually.
9. Damaged, Lost & Undelivered Packages
Damaged Packages
If you receive your order with damaged packaging or products, please notify our shipping team immediately at shipping@minvijewelry.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
Important: Please retain all original shipping documentation, packaging, and photos of the damaged items for our claims process.
Undelivered & Lost Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package once shipped. If the carrier attempts delivery and the recipient is unavailable, the package will either be held at the carrier’s local facility for pickup or returned to MINVI Jewelry.
- If the package is not picked up from the carrier’s facility within the required timeframe and is lost or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
- If the package is returned to MINVI Jewelry and you request re-delivery, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
- For returned orders, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover processing, handling, and quality inspection costs.
