Can I place a Wholesale order?

We offer a wide range of wholesale services. Our wholesale prices are highly discounted and either based on dollar amount or quantity of items purchased. The minimum order value is $200. Visit our Wholesale Fashion Jewelry section for detailed information.

What is your minimum order?

MINVIJewel.com has a minimum order of $500 USD for standard wholesale orders.

New customer's first order only required reach $100 USD for testing and evaluating our products.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following major Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We also accept Check Cards, ATM cards, and PayPal is also gladly accepted.

For wholesale and custom orders, we also accept Wire Transfer, Western Union, and other bank transfer methods.

Can I pay part of the remit first, and then the rest after receiving the goods?

We are afraid not. On the one hand, divided payment will only increase unnecessary expense for you. On the other hand, we are a company with a good reputation established around the world.

If you are not so confident in shopping at our store, you are suggested to place a small order for the first time. After you confirm our credit, we may set up long-term cooperation with each other.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is calculated once you have reached the first page of check out. Shipping rates are based on the weight, destination and shipping method. You will have the ability to view the shipping charge prior to checkout, and do not have to checkout if you do not agree to the shipping rate, contact us to support you.

How long does it take for me to get my order?

After we confirm the order, it will take about 3 days to prepare and pack your goods, and the delivery time depends on the shipping arrangement.

Once in a while, an item may unexpectedly sell out. In this case, we will hold the order until we get the item back in stock. If we can not get the item for a week or more, we will backorder the item, shipping the rest of your order and ship the backordered item once we get it in.

After-sales Service

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. Our return and exchange policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, resalable items with original packaging intact
  • We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all our jewelry
  • For defective items, we will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping
  • Custom engraved, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects

Do you offer lead-free & nickel-free jewelry?

All our Jewelry Sets are lead-free and most of our other accessories are as well. Some of our Earrings are nickel-free, but some aren’t. A small percentage (15%) of the population reacts to nickel, so please read each product description to see if it is nickel-free.

Symptoms can range from itching and redness to rashes. We don’t want you to be uncomfortable, so if you have any questions, please Contact Us and we will discuss your concerns.

What are Base Metals?

Base Metals are all non-precious metals such as Gold and Silver. Most of the base metal of which our jewelry is made is called Rhodium. Rhodium is a metal often used when plating or making jewelry. It is not completely resistant to the effects of everyday wear and corrosion.

To protect your MINVI Jewelry, don’t wear when cleaning, gardening and other activities that may affect the jewelry’s appearance. Talc, which is in many cosmetics can cause corrosion on Rhodium jewelry.

Some helpful tips for taking care of Rhodium:

  • Do not use any rough cloths for polishing.
  • Do not use chemical cleaners.
  • Clean only with mild soap and water.
Do you have a MINVI Jewelry catalog?

No, MINVI Jewelry does not have a retail catalog at this time. You may view and purchase all MINVI Fashion Jewelry and Headbands by ordering online at MINVIJewel.com or by Telephone.

Where are products manufactured?

We manufacture ourselves from ChangAn, which is famous for costume jewelry in China.

Be sure to check out our newest products often, as we are always adding all new jewelry.

Production & Custom Orders

Do you offer customized making?

Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.

How to place a Production or Custom Order?

To place an order please e-mail me at info@minvijewelry.com with the following information: Item number(s) and a brief description of the item(s) and your name, mailing address and e-mail address.

Most jewelry can be customized with your choice of gemstone and metal.

What is the Production Time?
  • a) Start from the date of the confirmed order and the deposit, the production lead time is about 30 days to 45 days. Depends on the quantity of goods and the complexity of the products (such as how many colours in the charms and number of stones).
  • b) For emergency orders, we can arrange for around 20 days. Earlier inform of your urgency is preferred.
  • c) The peak production period will be from May to August each year due to the Christmas shipments. Please contact our sales departments for the confirmation of the production dates.
  • d) For any late shipments, our sales team will inform the customer as early as possible.
What is your Packing Method?

Each pieces of jewellery or accessory will be placed in a plastic bag. Every 12 pieces or one dozen will be placed in a large plastic bag. For normal size necklace, 18" or 16.5" in length, 10 dozens will be placed in a small carton boxes (or inner carton box) sized 55mmx170mmx125mm.

Finally, four small inner boxes will be put on a large carton boxes.

Materials & Plating

What plating options do you offer?

Normally, the plating will be in silver, gold, rhodium, matt silver, matt gold, Anti-gold, anti-silver.

Is the nickel in the jewelry?

Our products adopt no-nickel technology and avoid allergy in a good way.

Please check each product description for specific nickel-free information, as some products may contain trace amounts of nickel in certain components.

Which kind of basic material do you use in your products?

Mainly are alloy and brass (Brass is mainly used in the product which is inlaid with Cubic Zircon. When the surface of this kind of product is white, it's mainly plating Rhodium).

Which kind of stone do you used on the products?
  • a) A grade Cubic Zircon Stone.
  • b) Rhinestone and Zircon, which come from Austria, are high gloss and shining.
  • c) Oil: the material of oil is from the USA. It’s brilliant and can be mixed to a variety of colors after technical treatment.
  • d) Shell: nature shell in the blue water, sometimes even obvious crack on it.
  • e) Pearl: freshwater pearl and plastic painting bead.
  • f) Viscose: imitation ivory, imitation amber and imitation rosewood, etc..
  • g) other synthetic stones.
Does our jewelry tarnish?

With all plated jewelry, there is a chance that it will tarnish over time with exposure to air, moisture, and everyday wear.

Now we added a protective coating -- "Cataphoretic Coating" on the Jewelry Surface electrophoretic paint. Keep it sparking and shining for a very long time!

To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, cleaning, and applying cosmetics or perfumes. Clean with mild soap and water, and dry thoroughly before storing.
