MINVI Wholesale Order Policies & Guidelines

Production & Wholesale Lead Time

While we maintain ready stock for most of our popular items, standard production lead time is 5-6 weeks from the date we receive your confirmed order.

For custom items or products not in regular production, lead time may be extended. We will always communicate the estimated delivery time clearly before order confirmation.

Please note that delivery delays may occur beyond the estimated shipping date due to factors including seasonal demand, order quantity, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our utmost to fulfill your order as soon as possible and keep you updated on any changes.

Deposit & Payment Terms

Once you place an order, we will send you a formal Sales Contract for confirmation. Deposit requirements are as follows:

  • Orders without client logo items: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance payment before shipment.
  • Orders with client logo: 40% deposit upon order confirmation, 60% balance payment before shipment.
  • Silver/Gold items: Material cost as deposit, balance payment before shipment.
  • In-stock orders: No deposit required, 100% full payment before shipment.

After you complete the fund transfer, please allow 1-3 business days for payment confirmation and order processing.

Order Placement Methods

To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Refer to the online item codes for the products you wish to order
  2. Click ‘Add to Enquiry’ to add items to your enquiry basket
  3. Click ‘Enquiry’, fill in the required form details, and submit to us

Tax & Duty Information

Please be advised that you will be designated as the importer of record for all items shipped from our overseas facility. You will be solely responsible for any import taxes, duties, fees, or levies applied by your country's customs authority on the goods.

Customs clearance procedures in your country may also cause delays to your shipment. This is an issue that neither we nor the shipping company have any control over, and we cannot be held liable for any such delays.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept wired transfer (bank transfer) as our primary payment method. We will provide you with our official bank details upon order confirmation.

Fund transfers can be made in either US Dollar (USD) or Euro (EUR). It typically takes 3-7 business days for the payment to be received and confirmed in our account.
